This fully submersible unit features a pressure-tight motor and pump assembly, ensuring reliable flood-proof operation.

The motor housing is manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials for extended service life, while the outer casing and impeller are formed from high-strength engineered plastic. A Stainless Steel rotor shaft combined with sealed, lubricated-for-life ball bearings enhances durability and minimises maintenance requirements.

A practical combined manual and automatic switch allows flexible operation depending on site requirements. The integrated float level control enables automatic start and stop functionality, while the built-in non-return valve prevents backflow when the pump is switched off. Thermal protection sensors safeguard the motor by shutting the unit down in the event of overheating and automatically resetting once safe operating temperatures are restored. During operation, the pumped liquid also assists in cooling the motor, further reducing thermal stress.

Supplied ready for installation, the ABS Robusta Light Drainage Pump includes a dual-size hose nozzle compatible with common hose diameters, along with a 10 metre cable and standard Euro plug for straightforward connection.
