Welcome to Pumpify! These Terms & Conditions (together with our Privacy Policy) set out the rules for using our website and buying products from us. By placing an order with Pumpify, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully.
1. OUR PRODUCTS
1.1 Product images on our site are for illustration only. Colours and details may vary slightly in real life.
1.2 All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
2. USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Make sure you read it, as it contains important terms about how we handle your data.
3. CONSUMER ORDERS
This clause only applies if you are a consumer.
3.1 You must be 18+ to buy from Pumpify.
3.2 You have legal rights for faulty or mis-described products, in addition to our returns and refunds policy.
4. BUSINESS ORDERS
This clause only applies if you are a business.
4.1 If you’re buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
4.2 These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the full agreement between you and Pumpify.
5. HOW THE CONTRACT WORKS
5.1 Check your order carefully before submitting; it’s your chance to fix any mistakes.
5.2 A contract is formed when we send a Dispatch Confirmation email.
5.3 If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll contact you with options to wait, cancel, or choose an alternative. Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
6. CHANGING THESE TERMS
6.1 We may update these Terms occasionally due to changes in law, payment methods, or business operations. This version of the T&Cs is in effect at the time of your order.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS (CONSUMERS ONLY)
7.1 You have 7 working days from receipt to cancel your order.
7.2 Refunds cover the product and standard delivery costs.
7.3 If a product is faulty or mis-described, we’ll also refund reasonable return costs.
7.4 Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours. Keep them safe until collection or return.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
8. DELIVERY
8.1 Delivery dates are estimates only. Events outside our control may cause delays.
8.2 Products are your responsibility once delivered.
8.3 Ownership transfers to you once full payment (including delivery) is received.
9. UK ONLY
We currently do not accept order or deliver outside the UK.
10. PRICES & BREXIT
10.1 Product prices are correct at the time of listing but may change.
10.2 Any pricing errors will be notified to you with the option to cancel or proceed.
10.3 Post-Brexit changes in law, taxes, duties, or exchange rates may affect costs.
11. PAYMENT
11.1 We accept all major UK debit/credit cards except American Express.
11.2 Payment is taken only when your order is dispatched.
12. MANUFACTURER GUARANTEES
12.1 Products come with manufacturer warranties unless stated otherwise.
12.2 Faulty pumps must be clean before sending for inspection; otherwise, the manufacturer may refuse warranty.
12.3 Warranty returns may take 2-3 weeks for assessment.
13. BUSINESS LIABILITY (BUSINESSES ONLY)
This clause only applies if you are a business customer.
13.1 Nothing limits liability for death, injury, fraud, or defective products under law.
13.2 For all other losses, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
14. CONSUMER LIABILITY (CONSUMERS ONLY)
This clause only applies if you are a consumer.
14.1 Pumpify is only liable for foreseeable losses.
14.2 Products are for domestic use only. Commercial or resale use is at your risk.
14.3 Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
15. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
15.1 We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., transport disruptions, strikes, or extreme weather). We’ll notify you and reschedule delivery when possible.
16. COMMUNICATIONS
16.1 “In writing” includes email.
16.2 Notices are deemed received immediately by email, or within 3 days by post.
17. OTHER KEY TERMS
17.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations without affecting your contract.
17.2 If we don’t enforce a right immediately, it doesn’t mean we waive it.
17.3 UK law applies. Business contracts are under English law, with courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may bring proceedings locally in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
