The DAB FEKA BVP 750 M-A Submersible Wastewater Pump - 240v - Single Phase - 400 Ltr/min. is a Submersible product. Voltage for this item is 240V. It is supplied with a 10m cable. It has an actual flow rate of 400 Ltr/min. The maximum head for this pump is 10m. It also features a Float Switch.

Multi-impeller vertical centrifugal pumps in AISI 304 Stainless Steel with coupling with MCE-P variable frequency drive installed, engineered for pressurization activities in civil and commercial building service, in agriculture and in irrigation systems, in washing systems.

The pumps are particularly versatile, thanks to the use of the MCE-P variable frequency drive, which ensures performance levels capable of automatically adapting to the different needs of the system, keeping a constant pressure. This product is manufactured by Dab. All parts in contact with the liquid are in AISI 304 Stainless Steel (on request in AISI 316 Stainless Steel, for X versions).

Standardized flanges and standard-sized center distances to facilitate pump replacement. Removable cartridge mechanical seal, it is removable without removing the motor.

The use of advanced Stainless Steel processing technologies for the main hydraulic components helps to achieve very high performance levels. The pumps are extremely versatile, thanks to the center distance of the in-line ports, designed to maximize interchangeability. The parts in contact with the liquid are made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel for NKV S models, or AISI 316 Stainless Steel for NKV X models (only available in special order). Round flanges as standard (oval, loose, virtual, clamp available on request). The mechanical seal is made of standard E1 = Graphite/Silicon Carbide/AISI 316/EPDM = BQGE. FKM/Viton available on request. Starting from 5,5 KW models, the seal can be removed without removing the motor. Rigid coupling.

Air-cooled asynchronous motor. Standard two-pole motor, IE3 50 Hz 0,75 KW or IE2, IE3 60 Hz 0,75 KW. Motor frame B14 up to 4 KW motor size, motor frame B5 from 5,5 KW motor size.

Construction Features Of The Electronics

The use of the MCE-P variable frequency drive has many advantages: better comfort thanks to the constant pressure at the variation of demand (pressure sensor installed as standard), increased efficiency, energy savings, protection from hammering effects, simpler configuration thanks to the display.It makes it possible to set a setpoint in case of units with several pumps (each with MCE-P variable frequency drive), or to start a different pump at each restart or at set intervals.It must be installed on the motor fan cover, also to take advantage of its cooling capabilities.

PN 10 flanged suction and delivery ports with threaded holes for control manometers. To make replacement in existing systems easier, the pump can accept PN 6 counter flanges.
Technopolymer impeller. Carbon/ceramic mechanical seal.
The pumps are available both in the single (KLM-KLP) and in the twin (DKLM-DKLP) versions.
For the twin version, a built in clapet valve in the delivery port is also included, to avoid water recirculation when the unit is idle. A blind flange is also supplied as a standard, to be applied during maintenance of one of the two motors.
The twin version gives the possibility of alternating the operation of the pumps when a backup unit is required, or to have the two pumps operating simultaneously.
