Built for reliable sealed-system top-up, the Flamco Flexfiller 150D is a floor-standing digital pressurisation unit using an electronic pressure transducer and microprocessor control to maintain minimum system pressure with precision.

It delivers up to 18 L/min top-up via an 18 Ltrs internal break tank and suits commercial, industrial and large domestic installations. Available in single or twin-pump configurations for sealed LPHW/CHW systems (guide volume up to 300,000 Ltrs).

The unit samples system fluid, isolates it and applies a full vacuum so dissolved air is released per Henry's Law, vents this to atmosphere, then returns deaerated water to the circuit. A digital processor automates the cycle with a turbo mode for rapid commissioning and a real-time status display.

The Flexfiller Direct G4 is the latest in pumpless digital pressurisation technology for light commercial and residential buildings. Its a slim, wall-mounted pumpless top-up pressurisation unit, with a top-up flow rate of up to 14 l/min depending on the mains or boosted mains, water pressure. It is designed to be connected directly to a buildings incoming water supply using the included flexible hose. It is there to fill and maintain the pressure of a heating or chilled water system without the need for a pump

The unit comes with a user-friendly controller that displays all operating and error conditions comprehensibly and conveniently. It features extensive data storage for online and offline analysis, microprocessor control, and self-learning algorithms with a graphical display. It comes with MODBUS RTU and BACnet communication protocols as standard and has its key operating parameters password protected.
