Grundfos SSR2-2.0 C is a regenerative shower pump with positive head and one impeller. This pump is the result of extensive research and development, resulting in a high-performance pump at an affordable price. The shower pump is continuously rated as a regenerative pump making it equipped to overcome air pockets and well-suited where the plumbing route includes multiple bends and elbows. The shower pump is used for boosting either hot or cold water to single showers or uncomplicated bathroom suites where the outlets are below the cold-water tank.

This high-performance composite shower pump has an modernised design, and by incorporating a low-speed induction motor, it improves durability and ensures a long life. This design ensures minimal turbulence in the pump head. The pump is supplied with a adaptable and braided Stainless Steel connection hose making it resistant to corrosion. Anti-vibration feet, long-life carbon graphite and high-density ceramic seals ensure that the operating noise is held at a minimum. The shower pump has built-in thermal protection, which immediately stops the pump motor if it overheats.

The shower pump is a WRAS-approved product and as such the whole product has undergone and passed extensive mechanical and water quality testing. Additionally, this pump is a regenerative pump making it equipped to overcome air pockets.

The Home Booster unit incorporates an integrated 200 litre storage tank, providing a usable capacity of 180 litres and complete with a Type AB air gap in full compliance with Water Byelaws regulations. This design ensures secure separation from the mains supply while maintaining a reliable and protected water reserve.

A high-grade Stainless Steel pump is fitted as standard, delivering efficient performance, consistent pressure, extended service life and low-noise operation. For properties with increased demand, or where incoming mains pressure results in slow tank replenishment, an additional 180 litre slave storage tank can be specified to expand overall capacity and improve system resilience.

GT-HR-100 PN6 R1 V

Grundfos GT-HR are pressure tanks with a capacity ranging from 8 to 1000 litres. The tanks are designed for a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar and a maximum liquid temperature of 90 °C.

The tank is a steel pressure tank with a non-replaceable rubber diaphragm for heating applications. The tanks have a non-replaceable diaphragm, dividing the tank chamber into two compartments: the upper compartment is pre-charged with compressed nitrogen (1.5 bar) while the lower compartment contains the diaphragm itself, which is a polypropylene (PP) liner.

A pressure tank ensures controlled pressure in the water supply and thereby limits the switching frequency of the pump unit in case of low water consumption or loss due to leakage. This ensures increased comfort in your installation by limiting the start and stop frequency of your pump. It also creates a more stable assembly by compensating for pressure drops when a tap is opened, while reducing problems with water hammer in the pipes.
