This enables continuously variable control of the motor speed, which again enables adaptation of the performance to a given requirement. An operating panel on the motor terminal box enables setting of required setpoint as well as setting of pump to "Min." or "Max." operation or to "Stop". The motor is fitted with the Grundfos Tempcon sensor that, by use of powerline communication together with a MP204 control panel, enables temperature monitoring. The rewindable motor contruction allows complete access to the windings for straightforward rewinding. The stator windings are PE/PA insulated made for continous operations (S1). appropriate for temperatures up to 50 °C. The motor is fitted with a mechanical shaft seal. The motor is not fitted with a temperature sensor. If temperature monitoring is desired, a Pt100 or Pt1000 sensor can be fitted. The motor is for direct-on-line starting (DOL).
