Mikrofill

The Mikrofill MikroPro 25 is a space saving, compact sealed system pressurisation bundle for LPHW/CHW applications. It pairs the Mikrofill 3 advanced direct-type pressurisation unit (cold fill up to 4.7 Bar), a MikroPro 25 Ltrs (3 Bar) expansion vessel, and a ¾" quick-fit service valve.

The direct-fill design connects to the mains/boosted supply to automatically fill and top-up the system. A digital control system with LCD display simplifies setup, while a high-flow WRAS-approved fill valve, low energy use (10 Watts standby / 30 Watts running) and a fill volume indicator support efficient operation and water-treatment calculations.

The MikroPro vessel is PED 97/23/EC compliant with a durable powder-coated finish and threaded connections; max operating temperature 70 C, typical max pressure 3 Bar (≤35 Ltrs) and up to 6 Bar (≤1000 Ltrs). Ideal for sealed heating and chilled-water systems, plus refrigeration and industrial cooling.

The MikroPro Expansion Vessels range serves almost any LPHW or CHW system, with capacities from 8500 Ltrs. Models up to 25 Ltrs are wall-mounted, while 35 Ltrs and above are floor-standing. This is a floorstanding vessel.

With an 80Ltr capacity with an operating pressure of 6 Bar., this is built for performance, reliability and compliance, MikroPro vessels are PED 97/23/EC compliant, rated to a maximum operating temperature of 70 C, and available with pressure ratings of 3 Bar (835 Ltrs) or 6 Bar (501000 Ltrs). Threaded connections and a durable powder-coated finish simplify installation and maintenance.

MikroPro Potable XP Expansion Vessel - 80 Litre Capacity - 10 bar. This range serves heating, chilled and potable (drinking) water systems, with capacities up to 500 Ltrs to suit a wide variety of installations for commercial or residential. This item comes without a wall mount bracket.

Built for hygiene and durability, all internal surfaces in contact with water are corrosion-protected for potable use, and models from 50–500 Ltrs feature a replaceable diaphragm for straightforward maintenance.

The Mikrofill Dosing Pot -25 Litres - 10 Bar. is a wall-mounted chemical dosing vessel for adding corrosion inhibitors or anti-freeze into closed LPHW and CHW systems. Simple to operate and easy to flush clean, all system connections can be isolated via integrated ball valves.

Fabricated from AISI 304 Stainless Steel with welded construction and a tundish, each unit is compliant with PED 2014/68/EU. Sizes span 3.550 Ltrs with robust BSP connections, a maximum working pressure of 10 Bar and a maximum operating temperature of 90 C.
