Mains Liquid Boosting Setup

The MAINSBOOST MB 200SV-1 is intended for 'direct on mains' systems (unvented hot water cylinders and combination boilers) where the incoming mains pressure is greater than 2.5 bar. but the flow is insufficient to meet demand.
MAINSBOOST vessel systems do not require an electrical supply and operate silently.

System cold water storage capacity can be expanded simply by adding one or more MAINSBOOST Add-on pumps as required. 
If the incoming mains water pressure is less than 2.5 bar., a MAINSBOOST Charger pump can be utilised in conjunction with the MAINSBOOST vessel system to boost pressure.

The MAINSBOOST MB 200SV-1 features a nominal vessel size of 200 litres and a pressurised cold water water storage capacity of approximately 110 litres.
Each pump is supplied with the unique compact MAINSBOOST Monobloc 22/28mm Upstream Kit (USK) as standard which significantly simplifies installation.

Constructed from an epoxy coated steel body and a highly durable virgin butyl diaphragm, all MAINSBOOST vessels are supplied with a 5 year warranty.

Supplied with a mounting cradle, these vessel systems are installed horizontally and are ideal for use under the eaves in loft spaces.

Integrated Booster Setup (CAT5)

iBOOST CAT 5 liquid pressurisation and flow boosting systems feature a weir overflow making them suitable for use in commercial applications where the risk of back flow contamination from Category 5 fluids exists.

Extension Tank

For even greater capacity, the iBOOST +200 liquid storage tank, featuring a elevated throughput fill valve effectively doubles the capacity of an iBOOST F200 or V200 pump from 200 litres to 400 litres.

Installation is simple; the kit supplied will allow you to connect the tank to the main iBOOST pump.

The Stuart Turner range of dosing pots are engineered to insert liquid chemicals, usually corrosion inhibitor or anti-freeze solutions, into closed heating or chilled water systems.

Stuart Turner Dosing Pots are suppoed as a kit of components which will need to be assembled as per the Configuration section of the Technical Documentation.

The dosing pot kit consists of:
