Centrifugal Pressurisation Set

Intended to meet setup demands in larger domestic and light commercial applications. The STUART CH4 multi-stage pump is mounted on to a WRAS Approved 24 litre diaphragm tank providing a buffer of pressurised stored water. STUART CH4 Pressure sets are ideally suited to boosting stored cold water supplies to un-vented hot water cylinders/combination boilers. Supplied with G1 flexible hoses and adaptors.

Single Stage Cast Iron Unit (1HP)

The STUART CH3-30 CI Cast Iron pump is a space-saving, high performance pump designed for continuous operation and will deliver flow rates up to 120 litres per minute and heads up to 32 metres.

Single Stage Cast Iron Unit (1.5HP)

The STUART CH3-40 CI Cast Iron pump is a space-saving, high performance pump designed for continuous operation and will deliver flow rates up to 170 litres per minute and heads up to 39 metres.

Single Stage Cast Iron Unit (2HP)

The STUART CH3-45 CI Cast Iron pump is a space-saving, high performance pump designed for continuous operation and will deliver flow rates up to 190 litres per minute and heads up to 44 metres.

Peripheral Horizontal Unit

The 0.5 HP PH 45 Cast Iron pump is intended for continuous operation at 5 litres/minute and above.

This compact, high performance pump delivers flow rates up to 36 litres per minute and heads up to 40 metres.

Submersible Unit

Engineered to pump solids up to 5 mm and the transference of non foul water, the Supersub 230A is suitable for use with both clean and grey water. The pump features a Stainless Steel motor shell, is compact in design, easy to install and comes complete with an externally fitted floating switch and stepped hose connector.

Where mains liquid pressurisation is less than 2.5 bar a Mainsboost Charger pump is the solution. Mainsboost Charger pumps will boost pressure up to 3.5 bar. when supplied in conjunction with Mainsboost steel or composite vessels and can be located remotely from the Mainsboost vessel without restricting performance. Mainsboost Charger wall mounted pumps are supplied within a noise reducing enclosure.

Universal Twin pumps are designed for installation into vented systems to pump both the hot and cold water supplies boosting both equally. Suitable for both positive and negative head applications. They offer a high quality option for boosting water in a complete bathroom or to an individual shower.

Suitable for use where there is less than 1 litre/min flow from the outlet(s) to be boosted.

Cat 5 Booster Set

The AQUABREAK AB5 Cat 5 booster set is a complete, all-in-one pump, single outlet booster set incorporating single pump, pressurisation sensor, controller, management vessel, non-return valve and a 5 litre (nom) break tank fitted with a 1/2" solenoid valve and strainer.

The electronic controller ensures that the pump starts automatically when water is consumed and stops automatically when the consumption ceases. In addition the controller protects the pump in case of faults.
