The Trebles - Trident range introduces a new approach to integrated tank and booster Pump systems which minimises footprint whilst maintaining serviceability. 

After installation, pumps may be isolated, drained, and removed or replaced without accessing or draining the tank, minimising downtime and water wastage. Water cooled variable speed drives maximise efficiency and performance whilst being whisper quiet due to the lack of any fans. The Pump chamber is finished with a clear door giving visibility of the unit status whilst protecting internal components. 

The smallest Trident sizes will fit through most common standard UK doorways. The Trident range can also be specified for external installation as an optional feature. All models can be handed with the outlet on either the right or left hand side of the unit.

As standard, tanks incorporate Category 4 backflow prevention, with Category 5 offered as an option where necessary. All Trident models feature a flow-through vessel, dry run protection, and BMS output.

The 5202-PH2D comes with a digital controller as standard and provides 2 programmable volt free contacts which can be configured to high/low pressure, common fault, Pump fault, system fault, water leak, service due alarms. There is also the option of expanding this which provides an additional 3 volt free contacts.

The PH2D pressurisation unit is a simple, robust and reliable mechanical pressurisation unit that has been designed with over 60 years of experience is highly engineered system equipment.

Throughout a heating system, there is always potential for slight leaks to occur which gradually decrease system pressure leading to inefficient or disabled heating.

Once installed, the PH2D will automatically maintain optimal system pressure by constantly monitoring the system via a pressure transducer. When pressure drops below the entered set point, the unit will top up the system to its original cold fill pressure.

The PH2D has the added benefit of a secondary standby Pump. If one of the Pumps were to fail, the digital controller will automatically Switch to the standby Pump thus preventing any downtime. The failed Pump can then be isolated and repaired / replaced.

The continuously rated Pumps used has a Stainless Steel body with a polymer impeller which helps prevent Pump seizures through infrequent operation, something common in other pressurisation units.
