Trebles Q-Tank

The Q-Tank range of Cat5 booster sets is built to do the job properly without eating up valuable plant room space while it’s at it.

At the core is a variable-speed, self-priming pump mounted directly onto the tank lid. It’s compact, intelligent, and handles pressure set-point adjustment automatically, with clear onboard status and alarm indication so you always know what’s going on. Being water-cooled, it also removes the need for a noisy fan, keeping operation smooth and quiet in the background where it belongs.

The tank is constructed from robust fibreglass with 25mm insulation, designed for long-term reliability and full compliance. It meets Category 5 / AB Air Gap requirements and comes complete with a screened weir, screened overflow, and screened lid vent - all working together to keep the system safe and compliant without overcomplicating the install.

A 3/4" equilibrium float valve manages incoming flow to keep up with demand, helping maintain stability even when the system is working hard.

On the larger 227L and 500L units, a split lid design makes a real difference on site - making access for installation, inspection, and maintenance far easier, especially in tighter plant rooms where manoeuvring space is limited.

All in, the Q-Tank is a straightforward, all-in-one Cat5 boosting solution: compact, quiet, compliant, and designed with the realities of site work in mind.
