  1. Grundfos TPED 32-580/2-S Series 2000 5.5kW Twin Head In Line Circulator Pump - 415v - Three Phase - 433 Ltr/min

    99132805

    Grundfos - TPED 32-580/2-S Series 2000 5.5kW Twin Head In-Line Circulator Pump - 415V - Three Phase - 433 Ltr/min. - Cast Iron

    TPED 32-580/2 S-A-F-A-BQQE-LWB

Single-stage, close-coupled, volute twin-head pump unit with in-line suction and discharge ports of identical diameter. The twin-head pump is designed with two parallel power-heads. The pump is of the top-pull-out design, i.e. the power head (motor, pump head and impeller) can be removed for maintenance or service while the pump housing remains in the pipework. Each power head is fitted with an unbalanced rubber bellows seal. The shaft seal is according to EN 12756. All pipework connection is via PN 16 DIN flanges (EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2). Each power head is fitted with a fan-cooled, permanent-magnet synchronous motor of identical size. Each power head is fitted with a fan-cooled asynchronous motor of indentical size. The motor efficiency is classified as IE5 in accordance with IEC 60034-30-2. The motor includes a frequency converter and PI controller in the motor terminal box. This enables continuously variable control of the motor speed, which again enables adaptation of the performance to a given requirement. The pump is equipped with a differential pressure sensor.

    Grundfos - MAGNA3 65-120FN (340) Variable Speed Circulator Pump - 240V - Single Phase - 783 Ltr/min. - Stainless Steel

    MAGNA3 65-120 F N

The Grundfos MAGNA3 circulator pump is the well-suited choice for almost any building project – old or new. With its unrivalled energy efficiency, all-encompassing range and built-in communication capabilities, MAGNA3 is well-suited for engineers and specifiers looking to create high-performance heating and cooling systems. The pump is maintenance-free due to the canned-rotor type design. This also means that pump and motor form an integral unit without shaft seal and with only two gaskets for sealing. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid. MAGNA3 features an intuitive display and allows you to connect wirelessly with the Grundfos GO Remote app, giving you access to enhanced reporting and monitoring. MAGNA3 model E has Bluetooth, which allows you to connect directly to the Grundfos GO app on your smart phone without any need for a dongle. The pump includes fieldbus communication via CIM modules as well as analogue and digital inputs and configurable relays. Control features include AUTOADAPT and FLOWADAPT. FLOWADAPT reduces the need for throttling valves, thus cutting costs on system components. MAGNA3 is the superior choice for a wide range of heating and cooling applications, including:

    • small chiller applications
    • ground-source heat pump systems
    • air conditioning surfaces
    • heating surfaces
    • mixing loops
MAGNA3 is a single-phase pump characterised by the controller and control display being integrated in the control box. The pump also has a built-in differential pressure and temperature sensor. The pump housing is available in both cast-iron and stainless-steel versions. The composite rotor can is carbon-fibre reinforced, the bearing plate and rotor cladding are made of Stainless Steel and the stator housing is made of aluminium. The power electronics are air-cooled. MAGNA3 incorporates a 4-pole synchronous, permanent-magnet motor (PM motor). This motor type is characterised by higher efficiency than a conventional asynchronous squirrel-cage motor. The pump speed is controlled by an integrated frequency converter.

    • ground-source heat pump systems
    • air-conditioning surfaces
    • heating surfaces
    • mixing loops

MAGNA1 is a single-phase pump characterised by the controller and operating panel being integrated in the control box. The pump housing is available in both cast-iron and stainless-steel versions. The composite rotor can is carbon-fibre reinforced, the bearing plate and rotor cladding are made of Stainless Steel and the stator housing is made of aluminium. The power electronics are air-cooled.

The pump incorporates a 4-pole synchronous, permanent-magnet motor (PM motor). This motor type is characterised by higher efficiency than a conventional asynchronous squirrel-cage motor. The pump speed is controlled by an integrated frequency converter.

Suitable for: Domestic hot water recirculation

    MAGNA3 D 32-100

The Grundfos MAGNA3 D circulator pump is the well-suited choice for almost any building project – old or new. With its unrivalled energy efficiency, all-encompassing range and built-in communication capabilities, MAGNA3 D is well-suited for engineers and specifiers looking to create high-performance heating and cooling systems. The pump is maintenance-free due to the canned-rotor type design. This also means that pump and motor form an integral unit without shaft seal and with only two gaskets for sealing. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid. MAGNA3 D offers three multipump modes: Alternating, backup and cascade operation.
In alternating and backup operation, only one pump operates at a time to ensure constant comfort. In alternating operation, the change from one pump to the other depends on time or energy. If a pump fails, the other pump will take over automatically. In backup operation, the backup pump is operated at intervals to prevent seizing. If the duty pump stops due to a fault, the backup pump will start automatically. In cascade operation, the pumps automatically switch on and off, adapting to the current consumption in the system. The two pumps communicate wirelessly. MAGNA3 D features an intuitive display and allows you to connect wirelessly with the Grundfos GO Remote app, giving you access to enhanced reporting and monitoring. MAGNA3 D is the superior choice for a wide range of heating and cooling applications, including:

    • small chiller applications
    • ground-source heat pump systems
    • air conditioning surfaces
    • heating surfaces
    • mixing loops

Circulating Pumps

Circulating Pumps

Circulating pumps move slurries, liquids, and gases through a closed system, keeping heating, cooling, and hot water circuits flowing as they should. They are most commonly used in domestic and commercial heating systems to maintain a steady supply of hot water, but they also play a key role in underfloor heating, radiator circuits, and chilled water applications.

By keeping water moving continuously, circulating pumps help balance temperatures, reduce energy waste, and ensure that taps, showers, and heating systems respond instantly when needed. Hot water circulating pumps are particularly useful in larger properties or commercial setups, where waiting for water to heat can lead to unnecessary water and energy use.

At Pumpify, our range includes circulating pumps suitable for everything from simple domestic setups to more complex commercial systems. Designed for easy installation, straightforward maintenance, and long-term performance, these pumps ensure your heating and hot water systems operate smoothly, reliably, and cost-effectively.
