Tsurumi (est. 1924) is a Japanese manufacturer specialising in heavy-duty submersible pumps for drainage, construction dewatering and wastewater. Product ranges include contractor dewatering, slurry and sewage pumps. The SwitcH2O sensor replacement, identified by SKU 16-40-1001, is specifically engineered for use with the LSC1.4S puddle Pump - 16-40-1001. It features a set of three probes made of 304 Stainless Steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. These probes are set in an epoxy-resin-filled holder, providing robust protection against water ingress.

The SwitcH2O has been designed specifically for use with the LSC1.4S residue pump utilizing a  (optional extra) for controlling low water levels. 3 probes, are set in an epoxy-resin filled holder and they represent on, off and common.

The Tsurumi - Electrode Sensor Replacement (SKU 090-126-15) is a specialised component designed for the KTVE series of automatic submersible drainage pumps manufactured by Tsurumi. This electrode extension allows users to adjust the starting water level of their KTVE series pumps, enhancing their functionality and adaptability to various pumping scenarios.

The KTVE pumps offer an automatic option to the KTV series, without the need for external control panels and cumbersome float switches. A sensor probe is mounted in a durable, moulded rubber bracket and, for added protection, it is positioned within the footprint of the Pump - 090-126-15 base. Once the water level reaches the probe, the pump will start and continue to operate for one minute after the water falls below it. However, if the water level touches the probe within this time, the "stop" signal is cancelled and the pump continues to run until the water is cleared. To enable a lower "on level" (by a further 90mm), the sensor probe can be lengthened by fitting the electrode extender, which is an optional extra.

This electrode sensor replacement works in conjunction with the pump's built-in level relay unit. When water reaches the extended electrode, it triggers the pump to start. The pump continues to operate for approximately one minute after the water level drops below the electrode. If water contacts the electrode again within this minute, the pump continues running until the water is cleared.
