This item includes a circulation Pump, pressure Vessel, low pressure Switch, safety valve and other associated ancillaries all housed within a Galvanised Steel frame, a Trebles - RAC unit can greatly reduce time spent on site during installation.
The pump is regulated by a 0–10V control signal from the air handling unit, ensuring precise synchronisation. It incorporates built-in dry run protection along with an automatic air purge function. The RAC pump package is supplied with a control box, pre-wired for 0–10V signal input, remote start/stop capability, pump alarm output, and a low-pressure switch. Once commissioned, the RAC unit is designed to operate unattended for extended periods, requiring minimal maintenance.
When plant room space is at a premium, the enclosed option facilitates external installation, protecting
the equipment with a Marine Grade Aluminium enclosure that is easily removable for future service &
