High-efficiency pump WILO-Yonos PICO-D, electronically controlled. Glandless twin-head pump with screwed connection, blocking-current proof synchronous motor according to ECM technology and built-in electronic performance control for variable differential pressure control. can be utilised for all heating and air-conditioning applications. Control mode can be selected in accordance with the radiator/underfloor heating application.

Each pump can be operated in individual operation (main/standby operation) or both pumps can be operated at the same time in parallel operation (parallel/peak-load operation). For an automatic fault-actuated switchover, a corresponding switchgear must be provided on-site.

Ready-for-connection, fully submersible and automatic sewage lifting unit as a double pump system with automatic duty cycling, standby and peak-load operation. Dry motor in single-phase version with Stainless Steel housing and thermal motor monitoring.

Multistage, non-self-priming, horizontal high-pressure Centrifugal Pump in block design with horizontal suction port and vertical pressure port and built-in, air-cooled frequency converter. The integrated frequency converter enables variable speed, pressure and PID control.

Speed control

"Speed control" : Manually with green button or via external signals, "Differential pressure, constant" : Pressure control with pressure sensor, setpoint adjustment via green button or via external signals, and "PID control": other constant control variables (temperature, volume flow, pressure....) with sensor, setpoint adjustment with green button, by means of external signals.

The electronic module delivers various protective functions. They include overload protection, the detection of low water, mains undervoltage or overvoltage, high ambient temperature, missing phases, blocked pumps and short-circuits. Error messages are issued on the display.

Short-circuit-proof +24 V voltage output with max. contact strength of 30 mA is present on the electronic module. The module has potential-free contacts for SSM, red and green LED for ON/OFF signal.
