Built for EN 12828 heating and chilled-water systems, Flexcon Premium Expansion Vessels stabilise pressure by absorbing thermal expansion in sealed LPHW/CHW installations.

The range introduces a lightweight TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) diaphragm on 12–35 Ltrs models, combining high flexibility with very low permeability. Using up to 50% less material cuts raw-material use and transport energy, while FSC-certified packaging further reduces CO₂ impact.

Construction features include a zinc-plated steel clench ring that evenly clamps the diaphragm for a perfect seal, pre-coated vessel halves (no clamp-ring corrosion or thermal shock to the diaphragm), a countersunk nitrogen valve protected by a recycled-plastic cover plate, and a ribbed, preformed rolling diaphragm that resists sticking. An uncoated taper water connection thread eases watertight installation; the vessel is finished in a gleaming epoxy-powder coat.
