    SQ 1-95
    3" multi-stage, submersible pump unit designed for domestic water supply, liquid transfer in tanks, irrigation and environmental applications. The pump has "floating" impellers, each with its own tungsten carbide/ceramic bearing.

    The pump features soft starting and protection against dry-running, upthrust, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload and overtemperature.

    The motor is a single-phase motor of the permanent magnet rotor type ensuring optimum efficiency within a wide load range. The motor is fitted with a replaceable end cover with socket.

    multi-stage, immersible, self-priming, centrifugal pump unit for vertical installation in tanks etc. The pump head and base are in Cast Iron – all other wetted parts are in Stainless Steel. The pump has the following characteristics:

    • Power transmission via sintered metal split coupling
    • Mechanical shaft seal according to EN 12756
    • Impellers, intermediate chambers and spline shaft are made of Stainless Steel
    • Dimensions according to DIN 5440
    A cartridge shaft seal ensures high reliability, safe handling, and straightforward access and service. The pump is equipped with a 3-phase, fan-cooled asynchronous motor.

    TPED 32-380/2 S-A-F-A-BQQE-JWB

    Single-stage, close-coupled, volute twin-head pump unit with in-line suction and discharge ports of identical diameter. The twin-head pump is designed with two parallel power-heads. The pump is of the top-pull-out design, i.e. the power head (motor, pump head and impeller) can be removed for maintenance or service while the pump housing remains in the pipework. Each power head is fitted with an unbalanced rubber bellows seal. The shaft seal is according to EN 12756. All pipework connection is via PN 16 DIN flanges (EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2). Each power head is fitted with a fan-cooled, permanent-magnet synchronous motor of identical size. Each power head is fitted with a fan-cooled asynchronous motor of indentical size. The motor efficiency is classified as IE5 in accordance with IEC 60034-30-2. The motor includes a frequency converter and PI controller in the motor terminal box. This enables continuously variable control of the motor speed, which again enables adaptation of the performance to a given requirement. The pump is equipped with a differential pressure sensor.

    The Grundfos MAGNA3 D circulator pump is the well-suited choice for almost any building project – old or new. With its unrivalled energy efficiency, all-encompassing range and built-in communication capabilities, MAGNA3 D is well-suited for engineers and specifiers looking to create high-performance heating and cooling systems. The pump is maintenance-free due to the canned-rotor type design. This also means that pump and motor form an integral unit without shaft seal and with only two gaskets for sealing. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid. MAGNA3 D offers three multipump modes: Alternating, backup and cascade operation.
    In alternating and backup operation, only one pump operates at a time to ensure constant comfort. In alternating operation, the change from one pump to the other depends on time or energy. If a pump fails, the other pump will take over automatically. In backup operation, the backup pump is operated at intervals to prevent seizing. If the duty pump stops due to a fault, the backup pump will start automatically. In cascade operation, the pumps automatically switch on and off, adapting to the current consumption in the system. The two pumps communicate wirelessly. MAGNA3 D features an intuitive display and allows you to connect wirelessly with the Grundfos GO Remote app, giving you access to enhanced reporting and monitoring. MAGNA3 model E has Bluetooth, which allows you to connect directly to the Grundfos GO app on your smart phone without any need for a dongle. The pump includes fieldbus communication via CIM modules as well as analogue and digital inputs and configurable relays. Control features include AUTOADAPT and FLOWADAPT. FLOWADAPT reduces the need for throttling valves, thus cutting costs on system components. MAGNA3 D is the superior choice for a wide range of heating and cooling applications, including:

MAGNA3 incorporates a 4-pole synchronous, permanent-magnet motor (PM motor). This motor type is characterised by higher efficiency than a conventional asynchronous squirrel-cage motor. The pump speed is controlled by an integrated frequency converter.
